    IT Software support -Trim software focussed

    • Australia - VIC

    Milestone IT are seeking a highly skilled Trim/Micro Focus IT Consultant to work with and support the TRIM system users and perform administration and support for our education provider. The successful candidate should have a strong background in iT support, with proficient experience in Trim/Micro Focus software.

    Our client is a large national education provider and has a great culture and team environment to thrive and succeed. They are looking for a consultant to come on board for a 6 months plus contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and assist with system configurations
    • Develop and maintain business processes to optimize performance
    • Provide administrative support and troubleshooting assistance for the information management system
    • Train users and educate them on system functionality Collaborate with cross-functional team to support implementation projects

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field
    • Proven experience in Trim/Micro Focus information management systems
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
