- The overall role of the team is that of Contract Administrator and Construction Verifier;
- Managing selected teams for projects to meet budget, time-frame and quality targets, while exceeding client expectations;
- Providing technical advice to project team members whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Working in collaboration with other teams and disciplines to ensure the integrity and quality of the overall design during construction;
- Managing subcontractors, quality assurance and client feedback and ensure effective communication of any changes/modifications; and
- Meeting project deadlines and ensuring that commitments and expectations are met.
- Expertise in ensuring high-quality construction of bridges and civil infrastructure related concepts and designs whilst working closely with highways and heavy and light rail management teams;
- Ability to lead, manage, mentor and develop medium scale, diverse project teams;
- Sound understanding of construction management and experience in design review and verification;
- Understanding of the use of structural analysis and design software;
- Chartered status and experience with TMR will be highly regarded.
- Award of TMR Pre-Qualification to Level SEC02

Role description:
Arcadis are excited to be working on some of the largest projects across the country and we are growing our teams rapidly We are now seeking both a Civil and Structural Construction Project Engineer to join our team in Gold Coast.
