Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our existing team.

The Role


You'll also oversee effective day-to-day workflow management and ensure procurement and all parts are on-site for Planned and Corrective Services services.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish, maintain and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling process
  • Ownership of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
  • Preventative maintenance methodology
  • Statutory maintenance methodology
  • Continuous improvement methodology
  • Asset register and schedule modifications
  • Maintenance workload prioritisation
  • Technical service personnel and onsite contractors coordination
  • Root cause analysis leadership and investigations
  • Excellent communicative skills with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • WHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

Skills/ Experience
Trade or Engineering Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical - minimum 5 years experience)

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities. (minimum 2 years experience)
  • Demonstrated Technical and analytical experience.
  • Experience with computerised maintenance management systems such as Manhattan and ServiceNow (desirable) or similar
  • Knowledge and understanding of Hospital and Healthcare Operations and Maintenance
  • Trade or Engineering Qualification ( Electrical or Mechanical minimum 5 years experience)
  • The ability to display initiative, independent judgment and discretion in all areas of the role
  • Ability to make rapid and logical decisions in a changing environment
  • Proficient administration skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Solid appreciation of risk management strategy and practices related to plant and equipment
