    Description


    The Company
    Our client is a large, very well-regarded organisation, who offer a range of critical community support services, and work hard to make a difference in times of need. They require a dynamic and skilled Revenue Officer to join their team for a permanent opportunity.

    As part of a team of 12, the Revenue Officer will be responsible for overseeing the patient billing and funding/revenue recognition.

    About the Role:

    • Ensuring an accurate and timely processing all resident fees and charges
    • Ensure the delivery of billing services is inline with agreed processes
    • Management of payments and receipts
    • Reconciliation of Medicare government funding statements
    • Process direct debits
    • Generate monthly statement for all residents
    • Respond to all billing queries from internal and external customers
    • Debt collection and exceptional customer services to internal and external customers
    • Supporting the Team Leader in ad hoc projects and tasks as required

    About You:

    • Eager, passionate and willing to learn
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Great attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
