The Position

Develop and implement best practice asset management
Maintain internal and external relationships
Undertake research and analysis to support project feasibilities, strategic assessment management planning, contract development, systems development, and business improvement
Developing national sustainability frameworks and incorporating ethical and strategic practices
Mentor and guide other business areas to ensure sustainability is consistent
Liaising with internal leaders, consultants, and partners to identify areas of opportunity
Reviewing sustainability measures across the business and looking for ways to improve
Handling compliance and producing detailed reports

The Criteria:

Previous experience in a similar role
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Tertiary qualification (highly regarded)
Ability to demonstrate developing and implementing National Sustainability framework in your previous role
High analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong financial acumen
Current knowledge of sustainability within the property sector
Passion for the housing sector
Ability to deliver a project from start to finish at the highest quality
Be able to successfully pass a series of preemployment checks
