    Gough Recruitment are excited to be working with a long established Strata Company with a stellar reputation in the Strata Industry.

    With an experienced team led by a panel of professional Directors, this office always ensures to provide the best possible service to their customers.

    Currently seeking a Trainee Strata Manager / Assistant to slot into this high performing team, this is a role for a talented individual looking to step up their career with a forward-thinking team.

    The Role;

    Working in a professional yet fun working environment, this is an opportunity for someone with a high level of customer service.

    Working closely with a well-established Senior Strata Manager, you will exceed all clients' expectations.

    You will be responsible for:
    Relief strata management
    Assist 2 strata managers
    Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
    Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
    Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
    Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
    Convene and conduct meetings
    Periodic inspections
    Administration
    The Candidate;
    Previous Strata experience
    Strata Certificate of Registration required
    Excellent Communication Skills
    Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
    Have a high level of computer skills
    The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team
