    Description

    The Client
    Our client is a well-established Commercial Property Agency located in the Macarthur Area, known for their experience. They are seeking an experienced commercial property Manager/Asset Manager to oversee their Industrial Portfolio.


    The Role

    • Management of the Industrial Portfolio (81 Tenants / 69 Owners)
    • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants and owners
    • Handling lease negotiations and renewals
    • Conducting rent reviews
    • Financial management and reporting
    • Addressing maintenance issues and coordinating with tenants and landlords alongside the property management team
    • Engaging with potential new clients

    Skills & Experience
    To qualify for this position, you must have prior experience in Commercial Property Management. Additionally, you should possess:

    • Strong work ethic
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask effectively
    • Aptitude for both independent and collaborative work
    • Capacity to follow directions proficiently
    • Certificate of Registration
