The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Director to join their team.

This newly created role offers the unique opportunity to act as a second in command to the IAM Partner, overseeing technical delivery across the practice and assisting in building out new customers.

The successful candidate will engage with client stakeholders on IAM projects, providing in-depth expertise and working closely with project and customer resources to design and deploy innovative solutions.

This role offers an attractive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 and is based in Australia.
What you'll do

As an Identity and Access Management Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's IAM practice.

You will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of IAM projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Your role will involve direct engagement with client stakeholders, where you will provide expert advice on IAM projects.

Working closely with project and customer resources, you will continue design and deployment activities, enhancing Identity Management solutions for our customers.

In collaboration with leading IAM vendors, you will design and build creative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Additionally, you will assist in building out new clients, contributing to the growth of our business.
Oversee the technical delivery of IAM projects ensuring high-quality outcomes
Engage with client stakeholders on IAM projects, providing expert advice and guidance
Work closely with project and customer resources to continue design and deployment activities
Enhance Identity Management solutions for our customers through innovative approaches
Collaborate with leading IAM vendors to design and build creative solutions
Assist in building out new clients, contributing to business growth
What you bring

The ideal candidate for this Identity and Access Management Director position brings a wealth of experience and a comprehensive understanding of the IDAM landscape.

With a minimum of 10-15 years' experience working on IAM technologies such as Sail Point, Cyber Ark, IBM, Saviynt, Okta, Forge Rock, you have the technical knowledge and practical experience to excel in this role.

Your proven business development skills will be crucial in building out new clients and contributing to our growth.

Your excellent business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and modelling use cases, will enable you to understand our clients' needs and deliver effective solutions.

Proven business development skills with a track record of building out new clients
Comprehensive understanding of the entire IDAM Landscape
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience working on IAM technologies such as Sail Point, Cyber Ark, IBM, Saviynt, Okta, Forge Rock
Proven technical knowledge in Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management and/or Consumer Identity
Detailed implementation experience on Identity and Access Management solutions
Excellent business analysis experience in requirements gathering, modelling use cases
