Job Summary:

The Physical Identification & Access Management Coordinator will work on-site with one of Pinkerton's largest global clients.

The Coordinator is responsible for the management of processes related to the creation and maintenance of physical identity access cards and monitoring of the access control program for corporate sites within the identified geography.

This role utilizes both strong technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills in the day to day interactions with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors in order to successfully deliver the program's objectives.


Essential Functions:


  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Ensure local and regional badge operations in the assigned area of responsibilities are compliant with the client's Corporate Global Badge policy.
  • Review RightCrowd working status and coordinate with the global team for area access requests.
  • Confirm that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO) in support of badging operations.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
