$160,000 - $180,000 Package

Sydney CBD - Flexible working arrangements

Deliver outsourced & co-sourced IA solutions to clients


Role Profile:

Lead and oversee internal audit engagements for a variety of clients across different industries.

Develop risk-based audit plans and strategies to address client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Conduct thorough assessments of internal controls, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.

Provide actionable recommendations and solutions to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Collaborate closely with clients to build strong relationships and deliver value-added services.

Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development and growth.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and your CA, CPA or CIA certification.


Proven experience in internal auditing, whether that be from within a similar role in a chartered accounting firm or a commercial environment.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.


Perks:

Competitive salary package of $160,000 - $180,000 with travel and accommodation to client sites covered, if required (plus a small bonus for each overnight trip)
