Salary Package:
$180,000 + STIP (OTE over $200K)

Role Profile:


As the National Lending Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the brokerage practice, spearheading lending operations across the nation.


In a nutshell, your duties will include:


Driving business development to source lending opportunities for new clients while maintaining relationships and servicing existing clients with their lending needs.

Manage the teams' workflow and drive continuous improvements in service delivery.

Impressive Track Record:
Our client aims high, and so should you Ideally, you've been consistently writing loans exceeding $50 million annually

Tech-savvy: Familiarity with broker engine software is a definite plus.

This firm values innovation and efficiency in its processes, so it needs someone who can take and enhance the existing platform to deliver the best possible outcomes.
