$145,000 + Superannuation

Initial 5-month contract with a view to go permanent


Role Profile:

Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation in each state and company policies (single touch payroll, GDPR, payroll taxes, superannuation, workers compensation etc)

Working with an outsourced provider, manage payroll systems and technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Preparing and reconciling month-end and year-end statements, including payroll tax, payment summaries, and ESS statements

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.

Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

Proven experience as a Payroll Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry.

You will be immediately available to commence ASAP

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise tasks.
