This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual to assist the HR Manager to provide a broad range of HR services to the business, specifically focussing on the graduate and clerk portfolio. You will be the key point of contact to coordinate orientation, graduate on boarding and programs, and be the performance/well being coach for passionate graduates
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be capable of working with autonomy and confidence to develop and implement people strategies particularly around:
You will be tertiary qualified with commercial acumen, a confident consultative style, outstanding relationship building skills and a team orientated approach. Previous experience supporting a professional client group will be highly regarded.
