Perioperative Services Manager, Northpark Private Hospital

  • Lead our Perioperative Team (5 theatres Northpark with 4 new theatres scheduled to open at Latrobe in early 2024)
  • VMO engagement

The Opportunity


This appointment will be suited to an experienced Perioperative Nurse Leader with an interest in building a high-performance team culture through outstanding people leadership and excellent VMO engagement.

You would oversee the commissioning of 4 new Theatres in our extension of Peri-operative services at Latrobe Private Hospital just 3 km's away.


About You
- be a Registered Nurse _essential_
- hold relevant post graduate qualifications _highly desirable_
- have excellent communication skills
- have a thorough understanding of ACORN, sterilisation and quality standards
- committed to deliver exceptional patient care
- be comfortable with a competing priorities


About Us
With our current 98 inpatient hospital at Northpark including Surgical, Medical, Mental Health, Early Parenting Unit and Maternity beds. This hospital is soon to complete a major redevelopment adding a further 22 Mental Health beds. Our Peri-Operative services comprises 5 operating Theatres & Day Surgery unit.

This will be complimented by a further 4 brand new Operating Theatres and 34 inpatient Surgical Beds at Latrobe Private Hospital just 3 Km's down the road.
