About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to join BOQ's Finance Business Partnering team providing support to our Property and Procurement function.

This role will provide strategic financial management and operational decision support to the Group Executive and Leadership Team to deliver group finance objectives.

The role will be accountable for financial management oversight, insight and transparency across the budget and key strategic initiatives being delivered or sponsored.

This is a true opportunity to focus your attention on property and procurement and;

  • Lead, communicate and enforce effective financial governance and financial management practices
  • Prepare management reports that measure financial performance to KPIs
  • Manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts
  • Provide and communicate tailored, valuable financial information and lead business discussions with senior management
  • Foster a collaborative working relationship

About you

This position will suit an individual with a proven background operating in a financial analysis role where you have been responsible for financial management.

Critical to your success will be your ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the property and procurement function. A high level of commercial acumen is essential, with prior experience supporting a similar business unit preferred. You will be ready to dive deep into the functional areas of a business
