WesTrac are looking for a motivated
Service Administrator to join our growing team.

Based in South Guildford and reporting to the Branch Manager - PSG, this individual will provide comprehensive service administration support to the Product Support Group.

The position is responsible for coordinating team rosters, training matrices, personnel qualifications all required audits and ensuring compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures and to ensure store safety supplies (PPE), personnel uniforms and department stationary inventory are managed inclusive of job file archiving as directed by line leaders

The role is responsible for the coordination of site mobilisation requirements for the teams, ensuring daily timesheets are entered correctly, qualifications and records are updated along with induction arrangements within the designated area of responsibility.

Priority completion of work orders via labour and service report entries (DTC) and processes purchase orders for miscellaneous content/external items of work orders (DBS) and assists with warranty preparation and processing for timely invoicing.

To be successful the following is required:

Highly developed administrative skills previous experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal.
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and manage fluctuating workloads and multiple priorities
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
