About the role
WesTrac is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join the Customer Solutions team at our head office in Tomago.


As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be leading and inspiring a team of 11 Parts Sales Coordinators who are accountable for providing customer service to key WesTrac stakeholders.

The Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, coaching and guidance to the team members to fulfill customers' requirements and ensuring a great customer experience.


Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the coordination of team workload, operational activities, and rosters to ensure the Customer Service Centre operates efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management activities including onboarding, performance reviews, rostering, training, and development activities
  • Collaboration with customers, internal and external stakeholders to implement best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Resolution of customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Actively promotes a safety mindset inside and outside of work and coaches and demonstrates ways to work more safely

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Certificate III in Customer Service, Business management or similar
  • Experience leading and coaching a team in a highvolume environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with great negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
