About the Role:

Reporting to the
Planning Supervisor - New Machines, the
Project Officer role will be assisting in the vendor management projects.

This includes creating specification document/DPO packs of vendor requirements, audit of existing vendor provider solutions and process mapping of the vendor management process.

Roster:
Part-time (Fixed Term Contract - initially 3 months with a chance of extension)

To be successful the following is required:

Must
be in penultimate year of university studying Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics)
Demonstrated computer literacy skills
Sound time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
