About the role

We are seeking a
Land Lease Sales Associate to join our team based at our newest community located in our Harmony community on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a
full-time permanent opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Skills and Experience

Preferentially you will have some experience in land lease or retirement living however experience in assisting in residential sales will also be considered.

Your ability to build effective relationships with customers while working closely with our Senior Sales Consultant is key and you will thrive working in a fast paced environment.

A valid
QLD Driver's License is required for this role.

To be successful in this role you will also have:

A passion for customer service and helping to build our community
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
Energy and excitement in attending customer events
Confidence in networking
Ongoing customer account management alongside our SSC
Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
Preferably some experience using CRM (or must be IT savvy)
Solutions focused approach to problem solving

To be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
