About the role
We are seeking an experienced

Sales Associate to join our team at our

Reporting to the Sales Manager QLD, this role will:

manage, update and maintain our Salesforce CRM database

- provide
administrative support to the Sales Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of the Harmony sales office
- prepare price lists, process signed contracts, handle deposits, etc.
- assist the Marketing team with onsite marketing initiatives or events as required
- contribute to the
analysis of local competitor activity at monthly PCG meetings
- maintain
high standards of sales centre presentation at all times
- support continuous improvement projects to help deliver operational efficiencies as required

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a sales admin and/or customer service role

Must have a current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate:

Strong customer service skills and a drive for results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salesforce or similar CRM database experience (desirable but not essential).
Superior planning, organisational and problem solving skills
Advanced MS Office skills
