    The Opportunity

    This large CA firm with 400 staff in their Melbourne CBD office is unlike anywhere else you will experience.
    • The people are technically exceptional, extremely smart, very engaging, interactive and innovative.
    • The office reminds me of Google with its own canteen, gym membership, lounge areas, and lots of interaction among the colleagues helping each other develop, not just silently sitting at their individual desks.

    The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following

    • Use your managerial experience at an accounting firm to help you hit the ground running. Ideally from a firm where you will have exposure to challenging clients to show you can do it again here.
    • Qualified accountant.
    • You should enjoy helping people and be smart enough to actively listen to what the client wants, not just rely on what your previous training tells you to do.
    • You will have ideally managed a large portfolio of clients. The bigger the better as you will get a big one here.
    • Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must as you will be running client meetings and managing team members on a daily basis.
    • Cultural fit. They are an office full of friendly people-people who are some of the best in the market at what they do. Very smart, technically exceptional with strong communication skills and friendly personalities.
