We are seeking a highly motivated Services Manager to oversee the management and delivery of all services related to our construction projects.

The Services Manager will be responsible for the coordination of all services related to the construction process including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

You will work closely with our project managers to ensure the smooth running of our construction sites and to ensure that all services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of all services related to our construction projects
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Ensure that all services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard
  • Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues or problems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage a team of services personnel and ensure that they are trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively

Requirements:


  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Project experience from $100m +
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent project management and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
