About the roles
We are currently looking for General Practitioners (GPs) to joinour teams.
The General Practitioner provides culturally safe serviceswithin a comprehensive primary health care (CPHC) framework acrossall sections of Congress' Health Services Division.
As the largest Aboriginal community-controlled healthorganisation in the Northern Territory, Congress employs a largeteam of GPs across our 13 clinics in the Central Australianregion.
The GP position(s) work within a multidisciplinary teampractising interesting and complex medicine. General Practitionersprovide high quality clinical and culturally safe care and work tooptimise the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people. The GPs arealso involved in providing chronic disease care, health checks,preventative health care, health promotion, and routine generalpractice consultations.
