  • HR Advisor. Reporting to the HR Business Partner you'll be based at our national head office in Darra.

Your role will be to support the HR Business Partner and dedicated business leaders to achieve great results for our people and our business.

You'll gain experience across the full breadth of HR services, policies and systems, including employee and industrial relations.

About the role:

At a high level, some of the work you could expect to do as a HR Advisor includes:

  • Support leaders in performance and discipline matters, including terminations
  • Provide advice and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and support the processes in preparation for a negotiation
  • Provide reporting and analytics support to the HRBP and line leaders on HR metrics and reporting queries
  • Prepare letters of offer and other employee documentation
  • Provide support and guidance for relevant training across your customer group
  • Assist in the annual performance management, talent, development, salary and bonus processes
  • Support the Talent team in recruitment activities where needed
  • Contribute to or lead improvement projects in related areas e.g. employee onboarding

About you:


  • You have previous experience in HR, ideally in supply chain or logistics and are degree qualified
  • You are known for your ability to build great relationships with people and you are motivated by providing a great service to the leaders you work with
  • You care about getting the details right and are able to manage competing priorities
  • Your nature is proactive, results driven and you enjoy a fast paced work environment
  • You love to learn, enjoy a challenge and are adaptable to change
  • You ideally have experience or exposure to managing employee relations issues and enterprise agreements
