- Developing and leading the channel strategy for Business Workstations in collaboration with the Workstations peers and the head of Commercial, ensuring an end-to-end approach.
- Managing the P&L, driving channel revenue growth, market share, and profitability for the business.
- Engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including department heads, to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrating strategic thinking and influencing skills to guide key business decisions.
- Cultivating an outcomes-driven mindset, embracing challenges, and fostering a collaborative and adaptable work environment.

- Leading overall engagement with one or several sales/marketing/finance teams.

- IT industry knowledge, with slant towards channel knowledge is preferable

- Financial planning and modeling skills, with comfort in managing business planning and reporting.
- Familiarity with promotional marketing processes and practices.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to articulate product value propositions to customers/partners.
- Leadership skills and cross-functional expertise (channel sales, Partners Distributors, supply chain, marketing).

- Typically 5-7+ years of professional experience, with a combination of marketing, sales, and business planning preferred.
- A proven track record of successfully managing a business and delivering results.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
