An opportunity for an experienced Category Manager has become available to join this global giant.


About the role:


  • Identify and execute growth strategies that address opportunities and pain points
  • Integrating and working closely with all teams identifying key opportunities and maximising operational efficiency
  • Working closely with all internal execution teams to ensure all touchpoints in market are driving an optical outcome and clear consumer messaging
  • Collaborate on key account management plans to achieve business objectives
  • Engage with teams across Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Retail and Finance
  • Support HQ and RHQ with reporting requirements
  • Support all teams with a clear direction based on competitor and consumer insights
  • Take ownership of all consumer touchpoints in market that relate to the product and provide regular feedback around improvements to ensure optimal outcomes for Samsung during lifecycle of product.
  • Work to achieve business goals such as revenue, profit and market share
  • Regular auditing of all consumer touchpoints in market to ensure messaging is aligned and optimised
  • Strategic planning leveraging consumer insights, market trends and channel relationships
  • Drive our local product GTM approach by setting priorities and targets

About you:


  • 3 years (preferred) of experience in Product/Category Management, sales or similar roles
  • Have a proven track record of using a growth mindset to meet and exceed targets
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and be flexible enough to adapt to different priorities
  • Use your analytical skills to interpret data and make recommendations that drive outcomes
  • Possess exceptional PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and storytelling skills
  • Be comfortable managing internal stakeholders and collaborating with all teams within the business to drive to aligned outcomes
