    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join a global manufacturing company

    Description

    • Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, including tax withholdings, deductions, and earnings
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries related to payroll matters
    • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
    • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related financial reports and audits

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Proven experience as a payroll accountant or in a similar role
    • Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
    • Proficiency in payroll software (experience with SAP is a plus) and MS Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
