You will work on a portfolio of 3 new land development projects recently acquired and yet to be released, all with their own nuances and challenges and be guided through by this highly experienced and focused team.

Being new projects of varying size and stock options, you will be able to understand how these are considered, designed, approved, funded, and of course then delivered.

At each step of the process, you will be involved and mentored, to empower you and allow you to run within the limitations of your knowledge each project.

The experienced team will be there to discuss and offer advice as required.

You will be eager to work towards managing projects autonomously and working towards becoming a Development Manager in the next few years.

We expect you will have been an ADM for around 3 years post-graduation from a property related degree.

Second to that we are also open to someone who has been working as a Civil Engineer with a focus on land subdivision for around 3-5 years post-graduation.

You will be a grounded, hardworking, commercially savvy, have the ability to think laterally and be a committed team member.

You will need to be a professional communicator and have strong financial acumen. Experience managing ongoing CF models along with the preparation and presentation of project reports is highly desirable.

Having been in operation for over 25 years, this diverse property company has a range of projects and assets across all property disciplines and moves where the market needs are, that are commercially viable.

Whist they currently focus on land subdivisions, they have extensive built form projects (Residential, Commercial, Retail) and will when the time is right reengage in these sectors.
