- Supporting the production and distribution of circulars to creditors
- Liaising and interacting with all team members, clients, professionals, and organizations of various levels
- Aiding in data entry using Turnkey
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Examining client documents, such as bank statements, to uncover transaction details, patterns, and potential illicit activities
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Organizing and managing document filing for each project
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Possess prior experience in insolvency
- Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
- Have excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail is a key strength
