    Based in any location throughout AU, you will provide specialised service support on assigned devices / care area / product line to both internal and external customers.

    Your role:

    • Provide specialised technical service support;

    • Supply Technical Training Courses;

    • Provide telephone / field support;

    • Responsible for problem solving;

    • Perform all field work;

    • Support Deployment of Technical Corrective Actions;

    • Report and communicate proactively; and

    • Health, Safety, Environment & Quality accountabilities.

    Who you are:

    • Higher Education certificate in electronics – preferred. Or equivalent Field Service work experience in the medical device industry.

    • Cert IV in Training and Assessment - essential.

    • IT knowledge – Microsoft Office applications and operating systems.

    • Networking and IT knowledge – essential.

    • Demonstrate WE LEAD Criteria (I Build Trust, I create value for the customer, I embrace diversity, I deliver results, I enable others, I provide direction).
