    Looking for a corporate career with the largest air services provider in Brisbane?

    We have an exciting opportunity for a National Food Safety Systems & Document Manager to join our team in Brisbane.

    Role Overview:

    As the National Food Safety Systems & Document Manager, you will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing dnata's food safety document management system at a national level to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements, establishing dnata as a leader in airline catering.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, review, and update Australian food safety documents.
    • Maintain document changes in the dnata Safety Hub.
    • Update and manage the National Documents Review register.
    • Review food safety audit results and implement necessary changes.
    • Identify procedure improvements and efficiencies.
    • Implement processes for document storage and retrieval.
    • Stay updated on food safety regulations and best practices.
    • Manage Approved Supplier Lists and certificate information.
    • Motivate and lead team members.

    Requirements for Success:

    • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Certification in food safety management is desirable.
