    Company:
    A trusted and respected cyber security company specialising in cyber security services, platforms, and cyber defense solutions. Their primary focus is on offering innovative platforms and services designed to enhance detection and response capabilities against cyber threats. Their goal is to provide clients with immediate and actionable security insights to effectively combat cyber threats.

    Position:

    The Business Development Executive is to be responsible for driving growth and expand the client base within Australia. You will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective business development strategies. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
    • Contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in technology sales or business development within the IT Services / Software / Cyber Security sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
    • Demonstrated experience with business development and sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating business opportunities.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand the client base.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.

    Salary Package: $110K-$130K Base + Super + Comms (OTE $200K uncapped)
