Our Tip Top Foodservice team are on the lookout for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Sydney.

Reporting to the National Horeca Account Manager this role will play a pivotal part in Foodservice, ensuring profitable growth within the state and maintaining regular contact with our key and potential customers.

Working to improve market position and achieve sales growth, this role involves;

  • Face to face "cold calling" to build on /grow key customer relationships within the Foodservice channel
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships and consistent communication with client(s) assigned to you.
  • Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly goals through execution of lead generation activities.
  • Continuous prospecting through several data sources

You have a dynamic go-getter attitude along with a professional presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

You are motivated and want to be in an organisation that can offer you progression.

To be successful in this position, you will also need:


  • Passion for sales or an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Selfstarter with a high level of motivation and persistence
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development
  • Ability to talk to a range of people as you will be customerfocused & driven, your excellent communication skills help you connect with others easily.
  • You're an enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently.
  • IT literate: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook to support effective sales analysis and management of the territory.
