    ABOUT THE ROLE
    The Assistant Manager role opens the door for you to inspire your team through strong goal-orientated leadership, on-floor coaching and mentoring while supporting the store manager. This role allows you to hone your sales management skills while working with a high-quality product in a consultative service environment.

    ABOUT YOU
    Do you love luxury retail? Are you currently owning your sales within your current role and wanting more? Do you strive to hit KPIs and targets by utilising your love for sales with your can-do attitude? Do you thrive when spending time with your customers to create an experience they will remember for years to come? Do you have a strong operations focus and the ability to move from sales to operations where needed?
