    The Organisation and Role

    This well-established and highly regarded Australian owned member organisation are passionate and dedicated to helping their members achieve their goals and ambitions. They currently have an exciting temporary opportunity for an Internal Recruiter assist the HR team delivering deliver talent acquisition across a diverse range of stakeholders and roles.

    Responsibilities

    • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees, this includes, advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and coordination of pre-employment checks.
    • Manage and keep up to date the applicant tracking system and onboarding system
    • Using platforms such as Seek or LinkedIn to actively source candidates
    • Other ad-hoc talent acquisition activities as required

    Experience

    The ideal candidate with have minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience as an In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist, with experience in end-to-end recruitment. But it will be your collaborative style, authentic and can-do-attitude that will set you up for success.
