    Who we're looking for:


    We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join our high performing project team, based in our site office at Richmond.

    You will provide vital support to our Financial Controller with financial queries, reporting and budgeting and also support our Commercial team with contracts administration.

    Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site, with tasks including:
    contracts administration tasks
    Provide Support to Financial Controller for any financial queries
    Assist to prepare monthly cost statements
    Maintain coding structures for the project
    You may also have the following additional desirable skills:
    Experience in and understanding of cost control and contracts administration practices
    Previous experience in basic excel budgeting and forecasting
    Experience in contracts administration (downstream)
    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the project.
    Experience using Share Point and/or Job Pac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
