    The Company

    A successful and well-established company in the commercial fit out and shopfitting space. Working on a wide range of projects in retail, hospitality and more.

    About You

    • Experience in a similar role or proven experience in project support or administration role.
    • Background in construction preferred.
    • Looking for a full-time, long-term role
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Full working rights within Australia

    Duties:

    • Support a number of project managers in their day-to-day roles with coordinating site paperwork, inductions, arranging travel logistics, accommodation and other bookings for staff.
    • Assist with onboarding for new team members and managing sub-contractors using internal induction systems.
    • Manage building certification processes for assigned projects.
    • Schedule meetings, record minutes and ensure follow up of actioned items.
    • Procure and distribute necessary project materials.
    • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
    • Assist and support in project planning, covering all stages from inception to completion.
    • Prepare and distribute project materials.
    • Be point of contact for sub-contractors and project managers.
    • Track Project process and promptly communicate with project managers.
    • Provide regular reports on team and project performance.
