Established over 25 years ago, they are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join there Brisbane team, supporting over 100 consultants across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

About the role
Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide efficient and high-quality support to the business through

Answering & directing a high volume of incoming calls
Office stationery and kitchen supply orders
Mail collection and banking
Organisation and preparation of meetings and events
Inventory management
Creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
Coordinating project financials (tracking, reporting, coding, invoicing and procurement)
Preparing and sending invoices
Maintaining office and SharePoint filing/archival system for project documentation
Assisting with project close outs
Developing and maintaining tracking tools
Coordinating project and customer meetings
Attending meetings and provide notes

Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have

Previous experience in a Project Administration role (essential)
High levels of computer literacy (Excel, OpenAir/NetSuite, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint exposure highly favourable)
The ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high levels of confidentiality
