I have worked as the first point of contact in art galleries, five-star hotels, community and corporate banks and as a clinic receptionist.  I strive to offer an enhanced customer experience, prioritising individualised service.  I have experience with a variety of customer management systems and booking systems.  I have managed wait lists, recalls and reactivations.  My positions have required meticulous attention to detail. 

I have a background in creative education, fine art, art history and media studies. I am currently undertaking UX and Web Design through Torrens university.
