IE are currently looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our People team and bring a unique, creative and vibrant energy to cultivate our team member experience


About the opportunity


At IE, we believe there is a seamless connection between the experience a team member has at work and the environment they work in.

Whether it be in the office or virtually, our aim is for our team members to feel inspired and included in all aspects of their IE experience.


Reporting to our Senior People Consultant, you will be the heart of IE and a welcome and friendly face at our co-working space in Melbourne CBD.

The "go-to" person for anything workplace experience related, you will support, develop and implement ideas to help create a sustainable and energetic environment for our team members.

Approaching everything you do from a lens of diversity, accessibility and inclusivity, you will;

  • Manage the new starter and leaver process; including booking in inductions, managing our buddy program and supporting onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Organise inperson and remote events and bring unique ideas that celebrate the milestones and achievements at IE throughout the year
  • Implement ideas and tools that help increase engagement and facilitate communication between everyone at IE
  • Champion our Social CommittIE nurturing a vibrant and flexible calendar of social events
  • Identify ways to create "Peak" moments for our team members and help make them understand how much they are appreciated
  • Manage all aspects of office supplies, including the replenishing of our snack locker
  • Maintain relationships with our coworking partners and any other office experience vendors
  • Supportvarious adhoc projects and admin tasks required to support the wider business throughout the year
