Employment Term:

Permanent Part Time - 32 hrs/ week
Location: located in the peaceful surrounds of Auchenflower, The Wesley Hospital is just 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City
Remuneration: $ $31.66/ hr + 10.

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

  • Joining our Wesley Hospital Breast Clinic Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient care and customer service.
  • Duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Reception and customer service
  • Processing patient admissions, registrations and accounts
  • Processing Medicare claims and obtaining payments
  • Supporting the supervisor in the collection of debt, localisation billing and records management
  • Ensuring accurate and timely rostering for all Breast Clinic staff and assisting with organising leave cover for these areas
  • Answering telephone enquiries, making and confirming appointment bookings
  • Assisting with ongoing training of staff in these areas
