Employment Term:

Permanent Part Time - 32 hrs/ week
Location: located in the peaceful surrounds of Auchenflower, The Wesley Hospital is just 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City
Remuneration: $ $31.66/ hr + 10.

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

Joining our Wesley Hospital Breast Clinic Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient care and customer service.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
Reception and customer service
Processing patient admissions, registrations and accounts
Processing Medicare claims and obtaining payments
Supporting the supervisor in the collection of debt, localisation billing and records management
Ensuring accurate and timely rostering for all Breast Clinic staff and assisting with organising leave cover for these areas
Answering telephone enquiries, making and confirming appointment bookings
Assisting with ongoing training of staff in these areas
