We are currently looking for a Storeperson for our Braeside warehouse.

The Storeperson is responsible for assisting in daily start-up, inbound, put away, and outbound operations using manual, machine, and forklift operations.

The role emphasizes adherence to occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements, housekeeping (including 5S principles), and contributing to key business metrics such as Delivery On Time and In Full (DIFOT), Stock Accuracy (Cycle Counts), and Workplace Incidents.

Key Responsibilities include:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting incidents promptly
Pick and crosscheck customer orders, signing off picking slips
Load and unload transport/couriers and customer pickups, ensuring accuracy in product and documentation
Attend and participate in toolbox meetings at the start of each shift
Report stock discrepancies and variances to the Warehouse Supervisor
Timely receipting and dispatching of goods (within 24 hours)
Collaborate with all departments to achieve goals
Maintain a safe, clean workplace, ensuring warehouse and yard are tidy
Ensure effective time management
