DKSH Consumer Goods (Lifestyle & Household) is a leader in the marketing and distribution of consumer durables in Australia and New Zealand.

Our focus is on homewares; primarily kitchenware, cookware, knives, tabletop, drinkware, bakeware, kitchen gadgets, serving-ware, storage, cleaning, giftware, and premium small electrical appliances.

We represent a collection of premium Lifestyle & Household brands such as Kambukka, Contigo, Zyliss, Oggi, Soma etc. We market a growing range of brands with eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable collections.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position located in our office based in Lane Cove, New South Wales.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

  • General customer service
  • Answering customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and responding to complaints
  • Liaising with warehouses and transport providers to ensure orders are managed through delivery
  • Maintaining a detailed and current work knowledge on DKSH products
  • Maintaining filing of all sales related documentation daily

Requirements for the role:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Qualification in customer service or related field (desirable)
  • Experience in SAP is desirable, but it not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in CRM program is beneficial
  • Strong command of the English language
