    The Organisation
    Our client is a market leader within their industry and due to their success and culture they have become a desirable place to work. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Payable officer to join their team on a full-time basis in Melbourne's northern suburb of Thomastown.

    The Responsibilities
    The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, they will not be exclusive to:

    • High level of invoice processing on a daily basis
    • Preparing batch payments weekly
    • Uploading payments to the bank for approval
    • Dealing with supplier queries or concerns
    • Working within the AP inbox
    • Some foreign currency payments
    • Other ad hoc accounts duties

    The Ideal Candidate
    The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes; however not limited to:

    • Will have years of previous experience within the accounts payable space
    • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
    • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders
