This Government Agency is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a 4 months contract with possible extensions.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a range of financial management, purchasing, asset and administration transactional activities
- Maintain accurate computer and manual management information
- Explain rules, procedures and policies to colleagues and stakeholders
- Provide a high level of customer service and assist other staff when required
Required
- Experience working as an Accounts Payable Officer / Finance Officer
- Experience in Government is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Finance / Accounting concepts
- Experience using Oracle highly regarded
