Run 2+ High-End Architectural Homes (Start To Finish) Approx. $4mil+ each

Rewarding Salary up to $175k (right experience & background)
Working within the elite inner East and Bayside Suburbs

OUR CLIENT - THE BUILDER:

Our client is an established and handsomely awarded Bespoke High-End Builder Working with some of Melbourne's best Architects and interior designers delivering projects ranging from $4 - $7mil in the affluent areas of Melbourne (_including the likes of South Yarra, Toorak, Hawthorn, Malvern, Richmond, Portsea, Sorrento + more _striving towards being the benchmark and "go to" builder in the high-end market.

THE ROLE:

Run and manage 2+ construction of highend architectural homes $4mil+ each
Proactively manage the construction phase in line with project management systems and processes, meeting budget and time frames;
Liaise with trades, architects, engineers, and public authorities to ensure projects are compliant with BCA & Australian Standards;
Assist with the development and implementation of OH&S systems and procedures;
Maintain a high standard of quality assurance throughout the construction of the home;
Manage Client issues immediately as they arise and work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure their prompt and effective resolution;
Report weekly or as required to the Construction Manager;

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

7+ years experience working for true architectural luxury homes for a builder directly_;_
Carpentry trade background (essential) & relevant tertiary qualifications;
Sound knowledge of custom building workflow practices;
Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, and costs and being able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
Knowledge of Basement Construction _Essential_
Unrestricted Drivers License; _(Company Car will be provided)_
