Full-time position

Responsibilities

  • Process daily prepayments efficiently.
  • Communicate daily with the team, including colleagues from overseas.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and verify payment accuracy.
  • Credit card transaction records.
  • Assist the Financial Controller in reconciling credit card statements for any discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of invoices received from suppliers.
  • Perform basic data entry and assist with Accounts Payable tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese/Mandarin is essential.
  • Excellent patience and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Must have a diligent and responsible work ethic, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable is preferred but not mandatory; the company will provide training.
