ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT ROLE


We are a national distributor in the health and wellness industry with a position available to join our administration team at head office in Mullumbimby.


The key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Sales reporting
  • Customer service
  • Key account product and promotional support
  • Stock and inventory invoicing and systems management
  • Office management support
  • Financial accounting support
  • Customer service
focus.

  • Highly developed communication and relationship building skills.
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal, written, presentation and listening communications skills.
  • Previous experience/exposure to a sales environment, particularly in organic health food, natural skincare and supplement markets an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and develop with prospects for advancement within the organisation.
