ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT ROLE
We are a national distributor in the health and wellness industry with a position available to join our administration team at head office in Mullumbimby.
The key duties include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Sales reporting
- Customer service
- Key account product and promotional support
- Stock and inventory invoicing and systems management
- Office management support
- Financial accounting support
- Customer service
- Highly developed communication and relationship building skills.
- Enthusiastic, selfmotivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Effective verbal, written, presentation and listening communications skills.
- Previous experience/exposure to a sales environment, particularly in organic health food, natural skincare and supplement markets an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop with prospects for advancement within the organisation.
