    About the Role:
    This is a pivotal role you'll be an integral part of the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making. From annual business planning to quarterly forecasting, you'll play a key role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

    You will need to be able to analyse data and information and transform this into real insights, with the ability to storyboard these into clear and concise recommendations for senior leadership. Stakeholder management is a critical part of this role as numbers and data alone do not solely tell the story meaning development of relationships across the group is key.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the group strategy team to align annual business plans with enterprise strategy
    • Coordinate quarterly forecast processes, assessing risks and opportunities
    • Prepare integrated performance reports for the Board and leadership team
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making
    • Assist in capital allocation planning and investment decisions
    • Drive process improvements to enhance performance management

    About You:

    • Qualified finance professional, either CA or CPA
    • Minimum 4 years' experience in finance, preferably a second move from chartered
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts
    • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and modeling
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
    • Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
    • Strong desire to learn and grow in your finance career
