Your new role


You will liaise with internal customers and external stakeholders and make a difference daily by providing support and advice across a range of records functions.

You will report to the Head of Corporate Information and work collaboratively with the Corporate Information team.


This is a Band 4 classified role, remuneration will be $69, $73, pro-rata for part time) (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.


What you will need to thrive

The key selection criteria for this role are:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Public Records Act 1973, supporting PROV Standards, Specifications, Guidelines and Advices.
  • Demonstrated experience in the handling, processing and distribution of all inward and outward mail items.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
